Wondering how to tell on your own if a safe room company is really what they say they are? The easy way to tell is to look for a membership in the National Storm Shelter Association. In order for Tornado Alley Armor Safe Rooms to qualify to join the NSSA we had to pass two inspections of our design. The important part of this is that the 2nd one was an independent peer review. They check for FEMA compliance and if you don’t pass every aspect then you are allowed to join. With the safe room industry being unregulated this is a VERY important thing to check for. All Tornado Alley Armor Safe Rooms have undergone the rigorous testing required to gain membership in the prestigious NSSA. You don’t even have to take our word for it.
