Your city may or may not require a building permit for your safe room installation. If you are a rebate recipient and your city requires a permit for installation, it's critical that you adhere to the city's permitting requirements to receive your rebate. It's a fairly simple process to obtain a permit, one that we can handle for you, or you may prefer to save some money and submit the request to your city's building permit department yourself. Regardless of your choice, we will provide the documents specific to the safe room design as required by the building department.
