WEATHER CONTROL PACKAGE Complete weather control for outdoor installations with no other covering from the elements. Includes the following upgrades: Modified roof panels with custom flanges for internal fasteners, modified vertical corners, door drip edge, silicon sealed seams, and additional cross ventilation panels (on Guardian and larger) to prevent elevated internal humidity. This does not make the safe room waterproof. It does help to turn water away from safe room. Normal maintenance and care is required after heavy rains to air out safe room. NOTE: FOR OUR WARRANTY TO BE HONORED THIS PACKAGE MUST BE SELECTED IF THE SAFE ROOM IS TO BE INSTALLED OUTDOORS WITHOUT AN EXISTING COVER, SUCH AS A PATIO OR CARPORT. |

SALES TAX LIABILITY: Your purchase may be subject to Oklahoma sales tax depending on where possession of the merchandise occurs. If you take possession of the merchandise inside the state, the merchandise total will be taxable. Services such as delivery or installation are not taxable. If your merchandise is shipped or delivered out of state it is not subject to OK sales tax. However, depending on the delivery state you may be subject to use tax for that state. Check with your tax advisor.
CREDIT CARD FEES: Purchases made by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee which will be added to the invoice total and that fee is not refundable. Payments by paper check, wire transfer, ACH (e-check) or cash payment incur no processing fees.
FREIGHT AND SALES TAX CALCULATION: Our online shopping bag does not calculate sales tax and only estimates freight charges. Final price will be determined during invoicing and may be higher or lower than the shopping bag total.
CUSTOM SIZE REQUESTS: Some custom sizing is possible, but pricing is typically 15% - 40+% higher. Ask for details.
INSTALLATION DEFINITIONS: Basic installation pricing is for drive-up access with level, solid access within 25 ft and ample work space, such as a garage or shop.
Custom Installation is just about anything else.
